HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY
Cells need oxygen to produce energy, convert food into usable nutrients and substances, and most importantly, repair and regenerate. As the body wears down with age, parts of it need more oxygen than usual. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy exposes the body to high-concentration and high-pressure oxygen to ensure it gets what it needs and to help the organs function better. The body needs oxygen not only to live, but also to repair itself.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy assists in muscle recovery, making it useful for athletes and fitness enthusiasts; helps in nerve and brain cell regeneration; treats cognitive difficulties or brain fog; and treats decompression sickness, which can be acquired during SCUBA diving. The boosted levels of pure oxygen in the body that it provides hastens wound healing, and can also be included in the management of Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other neuro-degenerative diseases.
