Here are the steps that we're implementing as part of our commitment to keeping Aegle Wellness Center 100% free of COVID-19:

Aegle Wellness Center-Makati

  • Continuous monitoring of the guidelines of Philippine and global public health authorities (including the World Health Organization) for health and safety protocols

  • Implementation of an online screening assessment prior to the appointment date

  • Mandatory temperature check, hand sanitization, and use of disinfecting footbath upon entry to the building

  • Compulsory wearing of face masks by all staff and clients within the building complex. We use 95% disposable materials which are properly disposed of according to the guidelines set by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Environmental Practitioners Association (EPA).

  • Provision of hand sanitizers at the Front Desk and at the center’s key areas

  • Enforcement of physical distancing in elevators and common areas

  • Increased frequency of sanitation of all public areas and surfaces (every two hours)

  • Consistently misting the center’s premises three times a day—morning, afternoon, and evening—meeting international standards for the disinfecting solution by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

  • UV treatment of all rooms prior to any appointment to ensure the elimination of harmful pathogens on room surfaces

  • Increased frequency of disinfection of all high-touch areas

Our front-line staff, equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment, will be pleased to greet and assist you upon your arrival at our center in Makati.

We are taking comprehensive measures to make sure our center remains COVID-free.

Aegle Wellness Center-Balesin

All safety protocols done at our center in Makati shall also be implemented at our Balesin site with the following additional measures:

  • Screening of all guests for COVID-19 risks by having them complete travel and health questionnaires. Non-fully vaccinated guests must undergo Antigen Swab Testing for COVID-19 prior to their flight to the island, while fully vaccinated guests may present their vaccination card in lieu of testing.

  • Non-fully vaccinated guests staying more than 2 nights on the island must undergo a repeat Antigen Swab Test on their 3rd day in Balesin

  • Use of disinfecting footbath upon entry to the center

  • For our thalassotherapy pools, we shall continue to limit the number of people using them at a time. A maximum of four people shall be allowed for the hydromassage pools, while two people shall be allowed for the therapeutic pools.

  • Within two weeks after departure from Balesin, members and guests must agree to provide any requested information related to the coronavirus, should they happen to develop symptoms after their visit to Aegle-Balesin
